Leisle Ezekiel is a registered Occupational Therapist and lecturer at the University of Southampton in the school of Health Sciences. She has a clinical background in community rehabilitation and working with people with neurological disability.
Leisle's research has centred around social participation after brain injury, experiences of fatigue after brain injury and ecological momentary asessment of daily activities and fatigue following brain injury or long COVID. Her research uses participatory and collaborative approaches such as user centred design and she is intersted in the wider application of mHealth to support self management of long term health condtions.
As an educator Leisle has expertise in designing and delivering simulation based practice for allied health students. She also has expertise in curriculum design, module design and delivery and has supervisied numerous BSc and MSc research dissertations.
