Biography
Before joining the University of Southampton as a PhD student, Chinmaya Potnis worked at The Akanksha Foundation (India), as a School Leader of a public secondary school, serving children coming from economically disadvantaged communities in Pune (India). She holds over 9 years of teaching experience in schools and has been a Teach for India Fellow. Chinmaya has completed her Masters at the presitigious Tata Insitute of Social Sciences (TISS, Mumbai).
