Francisco’s research focuses on the Financial Regulation of Digital Assets with particular focus on the implications for the International Monetary System and Financial Stability deriving from the possible launch of the Central Bank Digital Currencies.
Francisco is a Fellow Editor for Banking and Finance Law Review.
