Making the Agile Decision: Agile Practices in Legal Project Management

Project overview

Our research aims to (i) undertake a comprehensive assessment of the current understanding and applications of LPM, (ii) examine the scope for integrating agile methodologies within this framework, (iii) identify the challenges and barriers impeding agile’s adoption in the legal sector, and (iv) explore the potential benefits of such integration, especially in enhancing efficiency, client delivery, and overall project outcomes.
