About
I am a Senior Teaching Fellow in the Academic Centre for International Students (ACIS), part of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the University of Southampton.
I have been involved with teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) since 2002 and English for Academic Purposes (EAP) since 2010. I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Leeds in Linguistics and Phonetics and RSA Cambridge CELTA from the Leeds Beckett University. I also hold an MA in Applied Linguistics for Language Teaching and MSc in Web Science, both from the University of Southampton.
I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Web Science Institute and the School of Education, University of Southampton. My research focuses on attitudes, beliefs, and experiences related to the use of online learning technologies and methodologies in English for Academic Purposes education.
