About
Dr Davide Lasagna is a Lecturer in the Aeronautics and Astronautics Department at the University of Southampton.
His main research interest is optimisation, modelling and control of fluid turbulence. He is particularly interested in applying dynamical systems theory techniques to develop a better understanding of turbulent flows. His research has been supported by UK's Engineering and Physical Research Council and the USA's Air Force Office of Scientific Research.
He is also Coordinator for Year 1 and 2 of the Aero & Astro Engineering Programme.
