I am a Professor of Business Analytics at Southampton Business School, the University of Southampton and a member of the Centre for Operational Research, Management Sciences and Information Systems (CORMSIS) an Centre for Healthcare Analytics. I am also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, an Associate Editor for the Journal of Simulation, an Area Editor for Flexible Services and Manufacturing Journal, the general council member of The OR Society and the former chair of The OR Society's Special Interest Group in Simulation. I did my PhD in Computer Science at the National University of Singapore and MSc in Operational Research Management Science at Lancaster University.
Currently, I am the Business School Director of Internationalisation. I was the external examiner at the University of Bath School of Managament for MSc programmes in the School of Management and the MRes in Management element on the Integrated PhD (2019-2023).
