Professor Yucheng (Eason) Zhang is a Full-Professor at Southampton Business School, University of Southampton. He is also an Associate Editor for the journal “Business Ethics: A European Review”. He has served as an Editorial Board Member for various journals, such as “Journal of Business Ethics”, “Journal of Vocational Behavior”. He has been a Reviewer for many journals in the management field, including Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, and others. His research has published in more than 50 articles in leading international journals such as Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology. In addition, he is an independent musician who enjoys creating and performing music.
