Project overview This project seeks to develop strategies to allocate scarce resources during disease outbreaks. We conduct both theoretical (in the area of stochastic optimization) and applied work (towards infectious disease outbreaks). Staff Lead researchers Dr Bismark Singh PhD, SMIEEE, AFORS, FIMA Associate Professor Research interests Stochastic optimization, particularly chance constraints. Applications to public health, renewable energy, and sustainability.
