About this course

Course lead

Your programme leaders are Dr Raymond Xiaoti Hu and Dr Chrystalla Kapetaniou.

Raymond is Lecturer in Strategy and Entrepreneurship and the Alumni Engagement Lead within Southampton Business School. Raymond has led and developed international projects for China-Africa Business Council and United Nations Development Programme. His current research projects include social entrepreneurship, digital strategies in social enterprises and entrepreneurial social capital.

Chrystalla is Lecturer in Economics of Innovation and Public Policy within Southampton Business School. Chrystalla led, developed, and participated in national and European projects on Employment and the Future of Work and Skills, supported by organisations such as Nesta, Google, and the European Commission. Her current research interests revolve around the future of work, digital inequalities, and automation.
