Biography
I am a T cell immunologist. I am interested in how early innate immune responses - particularly neutrophil infiltration and antimicrobial peptide production - affect T cell differentiation and function.
My lab uses a variety of techniques to study this, including cell culture and flow cytometry, microscopy, single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing, cytokine analysis and in vivo models using genetically-modified animals.
